Items purchased from ROAM may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. ROAM is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.We do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a different item, we will wait until the returned item is received before sending out the new item. Shipping fees will apply each time we ship to you.
